Helpdesk Engineer

  1. 2-3+ years professional experience in some or all of the following technologies:

    • Microsoft Windows Client:
    • MS Office client (2010-2019), Microsoft OS (8-10), Internet Explorer (10-Edge)
    • Microsoft Windows Server:
    • Active Directory (NTFS permissions, User creation), DNS Server, DHCP Server, Exchange (User creation), Networked Printer Management
    • Third Party Software:
    • Firefox, Chrome, Adobe, Java, Google advanced search, Connectwise, Labtech
    • Networking:
    • LAN & VPN/Remote Connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  2. Soft Skills

    • Managed Services Provider experience in a billable environment with ticket systems and RMM programs will ensure consideration as a top candidate
    • Demonstrate excellent written/verbal communication with sensitivity to customer needs
    • Ability to provide compassionate, intelligent customer service
    • Strong pattern recognition abilities for logical troubleshooting
    • Excellent documentation, organization and planning skills to create / improve procedural workflows

    Salary 36k - 40k + (up to 7.5k performance bonus)
